Silt and debris build up within gas wells, Chambers, industrial vessels such as tanks can be major problem. One way of combating this issue is by cleaning using jetting and extraction process.
Our All Terrain Vactor Unit is mounted on a twin axle off road trailer enabling us to gain access across the roughest of terrains. Using the jetting nozzle and extraction hose, silt and debris build up can be reduced helping maintain enclosed internal areas and spaces.
The jetting and extraction process can be recorded using our Atex rated explosion proof camera allowing us to produce a detailed report and DVD recording of the service.

Capacity:
- 2000 Gallon Capacity Tank (1000 gallon waste, 1000 gallon jetting)
Jetting Pump:
- Perkins Engine driven 14 gallons per minute at 2000psi
- 60 metres of jetting hose (can be increased to up to 100 metres)
- Standard or Rotary Spinning nozzle.
Suction Pump:
- 2500 CFM Rootes exhauster for continuous operation Capable of lifting wet slurry from 100m vertical and heavy slurry from 60/70m vertical.
- 4” diameter suction hose
